Technical Support Specialist (Filipino & Mandarin)
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Responsible for the repetitive support work of the department, such as domain name detection, domestic test data collection, domain name synchronization, USB shield storage, etc.
- Learn the relevant domain name background, domain name type, port, and line manufacturer identification, and be able to extract the correct domain name for online use.
- Regularly monitor the early warning group and traffic abnormalities, and report early warnings in case of abnormalities
JOB QUALIFICATION
- Bachelor degree or above
- Proficiency in basic computer operation, familiar with window system
- Proficiency in making excel and word basic function tables, and understand the use of basic functions
- Strong learning spirit, proactive attitude and good stress resistance
