Job Description:

• Conduct site inspections and assessments to evaluate the feasibility and suitability of locations for sports and recreation facilities.
• Develop comprehensive site plans and engineering designs for sports facilities, including stadiums, arenas, sports fields, and recreational areas.
• Collaborate with architects, landscape designers, and other professionals to integrate sports facilities into the overall site development plan.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, zoning regulations, and environmental guidelines during the design and construction phases.
• Prepare detailed engineering drawings, specifications, and cost estimates for construction projects.
• Manage and oversee construction activities, including site preparation, earthworks, grading, drainage systems, utilities, and infrastructure development.
• Conduct geotechnical investigations and soil analysis to determine foundation requirements for sports facilities.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely and accurate delivery of materials and equipment.
• Monitor construction progress and quality to ensure compliance with design specifications and project timelines.
• Resolve any technical issues or challenges that arise during the construction phase.
• Conduct regular site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
• Collaborate with project managers to develop construction schedules and monitor project budgets.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance to project teams, contractors, and stakeholders.
• Conduct structural analysis and design for sports facility components, such as grandstands, roofs, and foundations.
• Utilize computer-aided design (CAD) software and other engineering tools to create and analyze engineering models.
• Stay updated on industry trends, advancements in sports facility design, and emerging technologies.
• Participate in design review meetings and provide input on architectural and engineering plans.
• Coordinate with local authorities and regulatory agencies to obtain necessary permits and approvals for construction projects.
• Conduct post-construction evaluations and assessments to ensure the long-term performance and safety of sports facilities.
• Provide technical support and guidance during facility maintenance and renovation projects.

Qualifications:

• Is a licensed Engineer.
• At least 5 years Construction experience.
• Has much experience with Horizontal Construction (pipe and drainage, road construction, bridge, oval track and other horizontal sports construction, etc.)
• Can execute, oversee, and quality control several projects simultaneously based on the standard requirements of respective governing bodies.
• Has Surveying experience and knowledge.
• Has had Managerial experience or has handled a team.
• Able to Design/customize design based on installation requirements.
• Proficient in AUTOCAD.
• Can make a BOQ bill of quantities based on installation requirements.
• Preferably knows how to drive.
• Willing to handle multiple projects.
• Trustworthy, Punctual, Honest, and Reliable, Hardworking, Physically Strong, Patient.
• Willing to handle projects outside Metro Manila/all over the Philippines
• Preferably resides within or near our Office (ALABANG, MUNTINLUPA)
