Responsibilities

• Set and execute sales performance goals to increase profitability
• Assess store employee's productivity and performance
• Maintain orderly, presentable appearance of the store
• Oversee stock and store operations

Qualifications

• 6 months to 1 year experience in supervisory or managerial position
• Customer service or sales oriented
• Has at least 2 years in college level
