Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Promote the product through an online site.
• Updating the details of company’s product on different social media platforms.
• Handle social media accounts of the company.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing and resolving customer queries/issues in a timely manner.
• Understand client’s needs and tailor products to meet client requirements.
• Create and maintain positive client relationships.
• Make plan, conceptualize, analyze, recommend on product development.
• Research and compile the gathered data that can be easily understood by the sales team.
• Create and promote competitive advantages of the company’s products and services.
• Work with sales team to identify opportunities for new markets and growth.
• Research and analyze internet sales and advertising trends for innovation.
• Handles related projects that may be assigned from time to time.

Qualifications:

• College Graduate/undergraduate of any course
• At least (1) year experience in marketing or sales industry, preferred.
• Creative and knowledgeable to different designing software
• Social media savvy
• Must have strong written communication skills
• Possess strong marketing and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated with ability to work effectively with little or no supervision
• Skilled in explaining complex information in a simple and concise manner
• Can easily understand information and instruction
• Reliable and Flexible
• Open and Honest
• Punctual and Well - groomed
• Good interpersonal skills
