JOB DESCRIPTION
- Handles end to end process of recruitment
- Preparing new employees’ 201 file
- Orienting New Employees
- Overseeing the compensation and Benefits documentation
- Assist in monthly payroll preparation and administration
- Updating and maintaining employee benefits, employment status, and similar records
- Manage different facets of HR as needed.
JOB QUALIFICATION
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Development Management or Psychology
- Must be adept at problem solving, including being able to identify and resolve programs in timely manner
- Must be able to communicate clearly, both written and orally, as to communicate with employees.
- Highly computer literate with capability in email, MS office and related business communication tools.
- Flexible, self-starter and can work with less supervision.
- Can start ASAP
