Project Manager ensures that plans are executed properly in timely manner and within budget. Responsible for overseeing projects, plans, monitors progress & keep the top management & clients well informed.

• Manage all aspects of the company's projects from inception to completion/post-completion, including preparing calculations, designs, reports & work specifications;
• Developing, preparing and implementing project plans/schedules, budgets & forecasts; selecting materials, equipment, project staff, and external contractors; site visits and meetings with clients and vendors.
• Promote continuous quality monitoring and improvement on projects.
• Monitor quality standards and practices.
• Communicate with the team, clients and top management.
• Conduct meetings and prepare reports
• Resolves operational problems, minimize delays and implement safety efforts.

• Candidate must be a licensed CIVIL ENGINEER.
• with relevant project management construction experience of more than 5 years.
• proven works as Project Manager.
• Experience in DPWH projects is a plus.
• Knowledgeable in MS Office, AUTOCAD & other related engineering applications.
• Team player, results oriented and attentive to details.
• excellent analytical skills.
• Can handle a team and deal with contractors and sub-con.
• Can handle multipled/simultaneous projects at a time.
