JOB DESCRIPTION

RELEVANT EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset
  • Experience working as a Technical Support in a hardware / software campaign is required for this position
  • Experience in working for an ANZ campaign is preferred
  • Working knowledge on Personal Computer and other IT products its hardware, and operating systems, and applications is required for this position

JOB QUALIFICATION

MINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIREMENT:  College Graduate or minimum 4-year experience in the call center industry holding the same role as Technical Support Representative or higher.

 

BASIC SKILLS REQUIRED:

  • Language: Oral and written proficiency in English
  • Computer: Knowledge in MS Office and generating reports
  • Technical: Understanding of computer hardware and software
  • Certifications or Others: Leadership training preferred

Special competence required: Decision-making skills, problem solving ability, analytical ability, handling confidential & sensitive information, process facilitation, influencing and negotiation skills, proactive and customer focused, resourceful and self-initiated
