JOB DESCRIPTION
- Determine and define project scope and objectives
- Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner
- Prepare budget based on scope of work and resource requirements
- Track project costs in order to meet budget
- Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan
- Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments and progress
- Manage contracts with vendors and suppliers by assigning tasks and communicating expected deliverables
- Utilize industry best practices, techniques and standards throughout the entire project execution
- Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed
- Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement
JOB QUALIFICATION
- Candidate must possess at least Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam) in Architecture
- At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Required Skill(s): Project Management (Design and Construction) in Retail Industry
- Preferably Assistant Manager/Manager specialized in Engineering - Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent.
- Able to handle large/simultaneous projects at a time, can manage a team and deal with contractors and sub-contractors
- With experience in annual strategic planning and comfortable in presenting to Top Management
- Results-oriented, hardworking, team player, responsible and attentive to details
- Above average communication skills
- Willing to do field work
