-Processing customer and order information (includes customers' personal and purchase information such as payment details and shipping requirements)
-Customer communication, like informing customers that their order has shipped or any delays in distribution
- Preparing orders for shipment and file the necessary paperwork for completed orders
-Regularly collected sales and inventory data
-FLUENT in English and Tagalog
-Good computer skills and proficient MS Office;
-Knowledge in online platforms (Lazada, Shopee, Facebook, Tiktok etc.) Is plus
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
