JOB QUALIFICATION
- At least 2 years experience in property management and/or related field
- Experience in Preventive Maintenance of Hotel Equipment
- Knowledgeable in construction/operations in establishment
- With good written & oral communication skills
- Computer literate - MS OFFICE
- With technical skills - hands-on in repair & troubleshoot of equipment
- Knowledgeable in AUTOCAD
