Job Descriptions:

• responsible in posting jobs ads, doing initial screenings and scheduling interviews.
• assist other recruiters, hiring teams and candidates so the hiring process can run smoothly. 
• help the company find and hire the most qualified people for our open roles.

Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment ideally in both agency and in-house/RPO settings
  ? Excellent in direct sourcing of passive candidates, creating boolean search strings, and have experience using LinkedIn Recruiter
  ? Skilled in candidate and offer management
  ? A fast learner, detail-oriented and strong communicator with the ability to manage and influence internal and external stakeholders across various levels
  ? Able to manage up to 15 requisitions independently at any point in time

Job Roles:

• Collaborate closely with Hiring Managers and stakeholders to qualify and understand the requirements of the role. (What is good to have vs must have etc)
  ? Strong focus on direct sourcing on LinkedIn as well as local job boards. Must be able to come up with boolean search strings and use LinkedIn Recruiter's advanced search
  ? Screen candidates and ask effective questions to gauge both technical skills and cultural fit
  ? Manage the full cycle of recruitment from role qualification, candidate sourcing, and interviewing to offer management/ negotiation and closing
