JOB DESCRIPTION
*Job Description:
1. Provide administrative support to lawyers and enhance office effectiveness
2. Handle communication with clients, witnesses, etc
3.Administratively support and attend trials
4 Handle company's documents, requirements, and contracts, and has experience in the DOLE process
5.Register the company and renew the company's contract
6.Prepare case briefs and summarize depositions, interrogatories, and testimony
7.Locate and develop case case-relevant motion
Type up and file basic legal documents and correspondence
8.Answer and direct phone call
9.Maintain contact lists
10.Monitor deadlines and juggle calendars
JOB QUALIFICATION
-Bachelor's Degree in Legal Management or Equivalent
-At least 2 years of experience in Legal.
-Administratively support and attend trials
-Handle company documents, requirements, and contracts.
-Has experience registration of the company and renewing the company's contract
-Prepare case briefs and summarize depositions, interrogatories, and testimony
-Locate and develop case case-relevant motion
-Type up and file basic legal documents and correspondence
