JOB DESCRIPTION
The Accountant II will be responsible for managing financial transactions and ensuring the accuracy and completeness of financial records. The Accountant II will report to the Accounting Manager and work closely with other members of the finance team.
- Prepare and process financial transactions such as accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Ensure accurate and timely recording of financial transactions in the accounting system.
- Reconcile bank statements and other financial statements.
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.
- Assist with internal and external audits of all financial transactions.
- Assist with internal and external audits
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, laws, and regulations.
- Respond to inquiries from other departments and external stakeholders regarding financial transactions and records.
- Assist in ad hoc projects and other duties as assigned.
JOB QUALIFICATION
Must be a CPA
*Must have at least 2 years experience in General Ledger
*Average to good English communication skills
*Willing to work on a nightshift schedule
