Job Description:
o Update and maintain existing policies (Code of conduct) and procedures
o Employee Relation
o Recruitment and Selection
o Has experience in manual processing of payroll, Timekeeping, and Compensation/benefits
o Will Handle and process government mandated benefits
o Will handle administrative tasks, requests, and queries
o Ability to prepare legal documents
o Issues office Memos, Updates and maintain new forms and template (for External and Internal)
o Organize internal/company meetings and record minutes of the meeting
o Compile monthly reports of all departments
Job Requirements:
? At least 1-2 years of experience in HR Function
? With good communication skills in both written and oral
? Knowledgeable in payroll, DOLE and labor Law
? Strong interpersonal and communication skills
? Proficient in MS Applications and Google apps
? Flexible, able to work independently and extend hours if necessary
