JOB DESCRIPTION

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Handles the end-to-end recruitment & onboarding process.
  • Guides a team of technical recruiters through the day-to-day workload, ensuring to develop and mentor everyone across the recruitment lifecycle in line with operational excellence expectations and measurements against department deliverables and KPI’s.
  • Champions the organization’s vision and values through leading by example in operational excellence, professional behavior, and high standards of work.
  • Ensures the experience delivered to our clients and candidates is underpinned by an excellence in customer service without compromise.
  • Works cooperatively and collaboratively with leaders and other workforce to deliver high quality, consistent services to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Collaborates with hiring managers to understand the needs and roles to be filled, reviews job descriptions for vacancies.
  • Monitors industry best practice and identify opportunities for the Company to ensure we can attract the best talent and build an ongoing pipeline for future vacancies.
  • Improves current recruiting procedures and implement new sourcing methods.
  • Drafts recruitment advertisements; posts and/or places ads in the most effective platform for open positions.
  • Identifies appropriate candidates and assesses their qualifications through review of their resumes, interviews, and other forms of assessments
  • Connects qualified candidates with hiring managers.
  • Maintains contact with candidates to keep them apprised of the status of their applications.
  • Recommends ways to improve our employer brand.
  • Participates in job fairs and career events; runs company booth at job fairs.

JOB QUALIFICATION

Qualifications:

Education:

  • Must be a graduate of BS Psychology, BS HRDM or other related course

Experience:

  • With at least 2 years of experience in recruitment

Skills & Competencies:

  • Knowledge in recruitment & selection
  • Excellent understanding of recruitment processes
  • Good knowledge of candidates selection methods
  • Good understanding of Employer Branding strategies
  • Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
  • Good interpersonal, presentation and communication skills

  • Good time-management skills
