JOB DESCRIPTION
- Developing and implementing marketing strategies and campaigns to promote a company's products or services.
- Conducting market research to identify consumer needs and trends and staying up-to-date on industry developments.
- Managing a team of marketing professionals, including research, product presentation and marketing evaluation.
- Collaborating with other departments, such as sales, product development, and customer service, to ensure alignment on business goals and objectives.
- Developing and managing the marketing budget, including allocating resources to specific campaigns and initiatives.
- Analyzing marketing data and metrics to measure campaign effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
- Planning and executing digital marketing activities, such as social media, email, and website content.
- Overseeing the design and production of marketing materials, such as print and digital ads, brochures, and flyers.
- Managing relationships with external vendors, such as advertising agencies and freelance designers, to ensure high-quality work and cost-effective solutions.
- Providing excellent customer service by addressing customer complaints and resolving issues.
- Perform other duties as instructed.
JOB QUALIFICATION
- Bachelor degree on Marketing Management or any related course
- With 1 years experience in Marketing or in sales.
- With good communication skills.
- With pleasing personality.
