RESPONSIBILITIES

• Operation & Maintenance (O&M) Manager who shall hold office on a regular working hours, five (5) days a week at Terminal 3.
• The O&M Manager shall have at least 5-year experience In managing similar automated Baggage Handling System(BHS)
• The O&M Manager is a BHS Professional with expertise and wide experience on planning and executing predictive and preventive maintenance to increase machine uptime and equipment reliability. His function is to handle the general operation & maintenance of the automated BHS and spare part management and participate in the general maintenance. In addition, the O&M Manager will be the coordinator between the Contractor and the MIAA.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in civil, electrical mechanical or related field.
• 3 to 5 years of project management and related experience
• Proven ability to solve problems creatively
• Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices
• Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle
• Excellent analytical skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful
• Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget and timeline
