JOB DESCRIPTION
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist in managing all accounts payable/receivable and ensure to pay it on time
- Issues checks for the payables
- Tracks the payment of accounts payable based on their issued date
- Assist in managing all government docs and requirements of DynamIQ
- Manage all office materials
- Other assigned tasks from Admin Officer and Admin Head from time to time
JOB QUALIFICATION
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must be a graduate of any Business or Accounting course
- With at least 1-year relevant experience
- With SAP B1 background
- Proficient in using MS Applications
- Good communication skills and can work with minimal supervision
- Willing to work on-site (Manresa, Quezon City)
