JOB DESCRIPTION
BASIC FUNCTION
The Operations Manager is responsible for the strategy, management, and execution of the Credit Bureau Operations Department of the company. This position will play a critical role in ensuring that the standards are met and deliverables are accurate and timely.
This position requires knowledge of the bureau operations, strong business acumen, and good interpersonal/ leadership skills.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversee and manage the overall Credit Bureau Operations Department
- Manage a team of support analysts and monitor performance deliverables
- Liaise with various internal stakeholders (e.g., Sales, IT, Products, Compliance, and Finance) to address various operational concerns and support requirements
- Liaise and serve as POC of external government organizations related to operational process inquiries
- Develop, enhance, and establish processes, policies, and tools that improve overall operational effectiveness and efficiency and ensure team members are properly oriented and trained.
- Function as the main point of contact for any escalated internal and external concerns/complaints
- Monitor the internal and external system productivity
- Generate business planning, revenue, and profitability reports for the management
- Assist in preparing presentation decks for the management
JOB QUALIFICATION
JOB SPECIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree preferably in Business Administration or related disciplines
- At least 2 years of proven success in operational management roles from a Financial Institution is preferred
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written) and the ability to interact effectively and collaboratively both internally and externally
- With keen attention to detail, highly organized and comfortable working with data
- Demonstrates great leadership, interpersonal, and client management skills; Team-player
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, and Powerpoint)
- Familiar with Google products & environment
