RED HOTEL INC., is looking for a results-driven Sales and Marketing Representative, specialized and with experienced in Hospitality Industry Sales and Marketing with excellent interpersonal skills to actively seek out and engage customer prospects for hoteliers.

Job Responsibilities:
- The Sales and Marketing for Hotels will provide complete and appropriate solutions for every hotel customer in order to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels and profitability.

- The Sales and Marketing for Hotel will present, promote and sell the hotel services using hospitality services and market the hotel accommodations and services to existing and prospective customers.

- The Sales and Marketing will perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs.

- The Sales and Marketing shall establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.

- The Sales and Marketing shall reach out to hotelier customer and leads through cold calling.

- The Sales and Marketing shall expedite the resolution of customer issues and to maximize satisfaction.

- The Sales and Marketing shall achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.

- Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports

- The Sales and Marketing shall supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new hotel services.

- The Sales and Marketing shall keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends, and continuously improve through feedback

Requirements and skills:

1. Proven work experience as a Sales Representative particularly in Hotel and Hospitality Industries.

2. Excellent knowledge of MS Office and Familiarity with hospitality industry practices along with ability to build productive business professional relationships to all prospective hotel customers.

3. Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales and marketing for Hotels and Hospitality Industries, with excellent selling, negotiation and communication skills particularly in Hotel and Hospitality selling and marketing.

4. Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the hotel audience needs, and relationship management skills and openness to feedback

5. Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field with hotel experienced in selling and marketing.
