REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS:
1. Work experience as a Duty F&B Manager or similar management role, with previous experience in the Hospitality industry preferred
2. Minimum of 4 years experience in the hospitality industry, with an emphasis on food and beverages.
2. Culinary or food service management experienced, may be advantageous.
In-depth knowledge of the food and hospitality industry.
3. Strong working knowledge of related computer software, including restaurant management software.
4. Ability to adhere to budgets and meet financial targets, as well as exceptional organizational, leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
5. Ability to forecast food and beverage needs and excellent customer service skills and Great delegation skills.
