JOB DESCRIPTION
• Review job descriptions, job requirements, and person specifications for each open position to be filled
• Keep track of all open positions and work with department heads to achieve agreement on priority and SLA
• Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract and engage a diverse pool of candidates
• Utilize various online job boards, social media platforms, and professional networks to post job
advertisements
• Coordinate and liaise with third-party providers, staff augmentation providers, and executive searches as
needed
• Paper screen applicants based on initial CV and accomplished application form
• Conduct a cohesive initial interview to validate culture fit and basic work requirements
• Make recommendations and endorse candidates to the next stage of the hiring process
• Coordinate interviews with Department Heads
• Conduct reference and background check
• Follow up with screened candidates and schedule Skills Test Assessments
• Keeps Recruitment Monitoring list up-to-date for processed applications
• Prepares reports and updates on hiring activity
• Prepares and coordinates job offers to candidates who passed the interview process
• Coordinates and schedules pre-employment processing, onboarding date and onboarding orientation
• Keep up to date on HR innovations and be ready to apply relevant innovations to our processes
JOB QUALIFICATION
1. EDUCATION:
Graduate of HR, Psychology, or any course related to Human Resources
2. SKILLS
? 2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition
? Sourcing up to the Management level is an advantage
? Intermediate knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Powerpoint
? Must be familiar with using different sourcing platforms (from posting to processing)
? Intermediate proficiency level in both English and Tagalog oral and written communication
? Must have strong networking and relationship-building skills
