JOB DESCRIPTION
- Purchase supply of products/materials
- Determine the lowest cost for products/materials
- Track and record orders
- Receive orders and document arrivals
- Source and interview vendors; negotiate contracts and costs
- Prepare requisitions and purchase orders
- Monitor order expenses
- Communicate with vendors, clients, customers,
- Preferred with background in Construction company
- Willing to assign in San Juan City ( Near Santolan MRT Station)
JOB QUALIFICATION
- Degree in accounting, business management or a similar field preferred
- With atleast 2 years of experience as a procurement officer or in a similar position
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and purchasing software.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
