JOB DESCRIPTION

Account Coordinators support the work of marketing associates, and managers of work tasks and projects directed at maximizing company profits and developing sales strategies or marketing campaigns.

 

Account Coordinators are responsible for the following:

  • writing reports, distributing brochures and similar marketing materials
  • facilitating and organizing presentations and partner visits
  • assisting with promotional activities
  • working closely with co-account coordinators and marketing associates in other functions, such as marketing, customer service, production, and sales
  • attracting potential participants by answering program inquiries; suggesting information about other services
  • maintaining participant records by updating reports and participant information
  • resolves service problems by clarifying the applicant's complaints; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution
  • recommending potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs
  • preparing service reports by collecting and analyzing participant information
  • contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
