JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for maintaining business operations at Laguna
- Assist the operations manager by giving constructive feedback to improve the operations of the business.
- Oversee daily activities, such as staffing, scheduling, and customer relations.
- Audit and place orders for equipment or supplies needed by the business.
- Responsible for supervision of staff
- Monitor & Maintain equipment of heavy machinery
- Report and coordinate to head office the operations activities
JOB QUALIFICATION
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree of Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or any related courses
- Strong written and communication skills to correspond with clients
- Leadership skills are essential
- Organize and detailed-oriented
- Expertise in operations management
- Good oral & written communication skills
