JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsibilities:
- Research and evaluate potential vendors and suppliers
- Request quotes and compare prices for maximum ROI
- Negotiate appropriate contracts for pricing and supply
- Estimate and establish cost parameters and budgets for purchases
- Organize and update the database of suppliers
JOB QUALIFICATION
- Bachelor's degree preferably Business Administration Management
- 1-2 years experience in a Purchasing role
- Solid knowledge and understanding of purchasing processes, policy and systems
- Proficient computer skills including MS Office (Word, Outlook & Excel)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills: Able to negotiate, establish and process orders
- Able to multitask, prioritize and manage time efficiently
- Accurate and precise attention to details
- Know how to use ERP System
