JOB DESCRIPTION
- Plan and coordinate all installations, refurbishments and construction.
- Manage the upkeep of equipment of the facilities to meet safety standard.
- Inspect Buildings’ structures to determine the need for repairs and renovations
- Establish and Implement maintenance strategies and protocol ensure that all facilities and equipment are fully operational and well kept
- Provide Full assistance to the ADMIN Manager
- Handles documentation system or records for service report, Incident reports, Business compliance and permits
- Monitors work performed by contractors, prepares estimates of labor and material costs, contacts external contractors and trades people to obtain quotes and arranges major repair and maintenance.
- Create a properly documented manual of systems and processes related to facilities maintenance and operations.
JOB QUALIFICATION
- Preferably, Licensed Civil Engineer
- Experience in Construction Management. Farm Management Experience is a plus.
- Have Experience in ADMIN and FACILITIES management
- Minimum of Five (5) years in a supervisory role
