JOB DESCRIPTION

•Acts as the final point of contact for consumer issues, complaints, and escalations over Phone and Email.
•Centralized control of customer situation across multi-departments
•Proactively monitors high priority support cases and provide assistance to prevent complaints and escalations.
•Works with Support Operations to enhance the support process for better monitoring, tracking and reporting of
escalations to enhance the overall customer experience.
•Owns and drives resolution and action plans for escalation success criteria
•Provides customers with requisite product and service information.
•Owns the management and resolution of customer issue and Possess customer-centric skills to communicate
effectively with customers
•Case/Ticket documentation
•Route calls to appropriate resource

JOB QUALIFICATION

Qualifications:
• At least a HS graduate
• Ability to work independently
• Detail-oriented
• Dependable on completing tasks on time
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Must willing to work onsite at BGC Taguig
