JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Description

  • Digital Marketing Strategy and Campaign Management
  • Responsible for implementing digital marketing campaigns for the company's products
  • Responsible for providing digital strategic direction to successfully implement campaigns
  • Responsible for coming up with new digital campaigns or exploring new ways to improve digital performance
  • Responsible for handling inhouse requests and coordination of campaign executions
  • Social Media Management
  • Responsible for approving content based on direction and brand guidelines and supervising the agency to upload timely on the accounts
  • Responsible for monitoring performances and achieving targets - Reach, Engagement, Clicks, Views
  • Responsible for monitoring competitor activities in social media and propose strategic activities
  • Responsible for learning new technologies and identify applicability to the business
  • Media Planning and Buying
  • Reporting Analytics
  • Responsible to be in the forefront of handling complaints in Social Media comments and work together with the Operations and the Customer Service Department in handling such complaints
  • Budget Management
  • Manpower Management
  • Responsible for managing the outbound personnel and inhouse support personnel.
  • Can start Immediately.
