Position: Customer Service Representative (After Sales Coordinator)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our company as a Customer Service Representative. This position will primarily focus on assisting customers with after-sales support, including resolving issues, providing technical support, coordinating with all relevant departments, scheduling, follow ups, and maintaining customer relationships. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, rigorous documentation skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Resolving customer complaints in a timely and effective manner
- Providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance to customers
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer records in the company's CRM system
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction
- Continuously improving the customer service experience by identifying areas for improvement
Requirements:
4 year course college diploma or equivalent
2+ years of experience in a customer service or technical support role
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with google drive software
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Experience in the construction industry is a plus
