JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsibilities

  • Provide initial responses to customers and seek immediate resolution
  • Support in managing queries related to products and sales
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints with tact and professionalism over email
  • Communicate in English for social media & website messages
  • Coordinate with our marketing team, sales team, and overseas customer service team to ensure a world class customer experience
  • Act as the “voice of the customer”, collecting suggestions and actively tracking to areas for improvement
  • Escalate unresolved customer issues to supervisor as necessary
  • Report to direct supervisor for daily tasks
  • Day work, but must be amenable to work on a shifting schedule (customers will be from U.S., Europe)

JOB QUALIFICATION

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Communications, or related field
  • At least 1 year in a Customer Service role preferred (fresh Graduates still are welcome to apply)
  • Comfortable working independently or with a team with minimal supervision
  • Fluent command of English language in writing and good speaking skills
  • Utmost integrity, collaboration, and dedication to quality customer service is expected from the role.
