JOB DESCRIPTION
- Prepares a variety of legal documents under the guidance of staff attorneys and firm management, including summonses, complaints, government filing, and compliances (SEC, BIR, DTI, PEZA, BOI, LGU, etc.)
- Conduct legal research and draft legal documents, memos, and pleadings as instructed by supervising attorneys
- Organize, docket, and maintain legal files
- File legal documents, pleadings, and compliances as instructed by supervising attorneys
- Assist inhouse and external lawyers and law firms of the company, as instructed by supervising attorneys
JOB QUALIFICATION
- Legal skills, Legal knowledge, Administrative skills, Organisation skills
- Familiarity with Labor Law and practices, and with SEC, BIR, DTI, BOI, and LGU regulatory and compliance requirements
- Strong attention to details
- Experience working in a Law firm and/or corporate legal department is strongly preferred
- College Graduate, NOT currently in Law school but with a Law school stint preferred
- 1-2 years of law firm experience, same fields as legal manager position

Century Peak Cement Manufacturing Corporation – the official company name of the business that will handle the Cement Plant /Power Plant and Limestone Quarry Project was registered with the Security and Exchange Commission (SEC). In August of the same year, Construction of the Cement Plant commenced.
After a year, in January of 2019, the Construction of the CPCMC Private Port Facility was completed, and was able to secure a Permit to Operate from the Cebu Port Authority by May of the same year. The port was primarily utilized for the incoming shipment of sand and aggregates from Ormoc Leyte. These materials are used for the concrete requirements of the cement plant construction.
Presently, the construction of the cement plant was almost 100% completed and the start of commercial operations is targeted on October 2021.
