Maintenance:

1. Ensure routine cleanliness of the office (comfort rooms, common rooms, passageways, kitchen/pantry, driveway, etc.)

2. Dispose of garbage regularly

3. Sanitize the office regularly (morning, 

4. Checking of Employees' belongings going inside if Quality Control is absent

5. Cleaning of Aircon, purifiers, and filters with schedule

6. Regularly cleaning doorknobs, telephone, and workplace areas and refilling used sanitation such as alcohol, hand soap, dishwashing liquid if needed

Driver:

1. Service driver for the company's daily operations

2. Ensures defensive driving at all times

3. Ensures cleanliness and maintenance of company vehicle

4. Ensures company vehicle is in good running condition prior to use

5. Reports immediately any concerns related to the company vehicle for immediate action and resolution

6. Ensures the safety of the company vehicle and its passengers at all times

7. Familiarizes with different routes and areas in NCR and other provinces for which the company has operations and prospective clients

1. Capable of cleaning an office

2. Has a driver's license 

3. Has basic knowledge in electrical, plumbing, and aircondition maintenance
