JOB DESCRIPTION
- Assists the General Manager with daily administrative duties and complete a broad variety of administrative tasks that include managing an active calendar of appointments, composing and preparing correspondence, interacting with senior management, arranging travel plans, itineraries, agendas, and compiling documents for meetings
- Represents the General Manager by welcoming visitors, reviewing correspondence; arranging company dinners and other corporate functions; answering questions and meeting requests directed to the General Manager
- Conserves General manager’s time by reading, researching, and routing correspondence; drafting letters and documents; collecting and analyzing information; initiating telecommunications
- Researching and compiling data to prepare documents or presentations for review by the General Manager.
- Self-starter who can deliver results/outcomes with basic instructions provided by the General Manager
- Completes projects and special assignments by establishing objectives; determining priorities; managing time; gaining the cooperation of others; monitoring progress; problem-solving; adjusting plans
- Ability to work independently with very little supervision. Proactive
- Performs other duties as assigned
JOB QUALIFICATION
- Possess any Bachelor’s Degree
- Minimum of one (1) year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
