JOB DESCRIPTION
- Supervises and monitors daily operations of HR & Admin. Department
- Supervises and monitors all facets of HR such as but not limited to: End to end recruitment, Compensation & Benefits, Employee/Labor Relations, Employee Engagement, Training & Development, Employee Discipline, Policy Making, Safety and Health, Performance Evaluation, Payroll and Timekeeping, etc.
- Lead person in implementation of Training Program for the company based on TNA, results of performance evaluation and annual medical/physical exam
- Ensures administrative tasks and deliverables are achieved on a targeted schedule (e.g. pest control, fire drill, safety & health protocols, permits, etc.)
- Prepares and submits reports and updates to management on a regular basis as scheduled.
JOB QUALIFICATION
- Graduate of BS Psychology or other related field
- Preferably registered psychometrician (RPm)
- Minimum of 5 years work experience handling HR and/or Admin. as Supervisor of Officer capacity
- Preferably residing within Manila OR willing to relocate at their own expense
- HR Requirement: End to end recruitment; Employee Discipline and Labor Relations; Payroll Administration and Timekeeping; Policy Making; Compensation and Benefits; Employee Engagement; Records Management; Training and Development; Performance Evaluation; Inventory Management
- Admin Requirements: Facilities management; Security management; Permits, renewals and contracts; Office maintenance and management; Warehousing and inventory management background is an advantage
