SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- Candidate must be a graduate of Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Behavioral Science, Human Resource Management, or equivalent.
- Preferably with at least 1 year experience in Recruitment & Selection, Sourcing, Talent Acquisition, or related role.
- Familiarity with standard hiring practices, such as scheduling and onboarding processes.
- Ability to work independently as wee as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be good in MS Office Applications (Excel Word, PPT & Outlook)
- Willing to work in a Hybrid Set-Up
- Must be residing near Mandaluyong City
