JOB SUMMARY - SCOPE OF WORK:
- Manages all recruitment-related sources/avenues by taking care of job postings, inquiries, etc.
- Schedules and administers candidate exams and assessments by coordinating schedules between clients and candidates.
- Conducts preliminary interview with applicants and gives timely feedback to both clients and candidates.
- Coordinates with clients and candidates for initial, second-level, and final interviews
- Maintains employee confidence and protects operations by keeping human resource information confidential.
- Maintains quality service by following organization standards.
- Attends Job Fairs as needed
- Administers all necessary tests/assessments needed by candidates according to specific principal requirements
- Gives internal and external clients timely feedback on candidates’ interview life cycle
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

Training and Marketing Professionals Inc. is looking for RECRUITMENT ASSISTANT
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- Candidate must be a graduate of Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Behavioral Science, Human Resource Management, or equivalent.
- Preferably with at least 1 year experience in Recruitment & Selection, Sourcing, Talent Acquisition, or related role.
- Familiarity with standard hiring practices, such as scheduling and onboarding processes.
- Ability to work independently as wee as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be good in MS Office Applications (Excel Word, PPT & Outlook)
- Willing to work in a Hybrid Set-Up
- Must be residing near Mandaluyong City
