JOB DESCRIPTION
We are building our Tik Tok account and would love to have someone who can grow it into a beloved account by our customers.
- Will be the host in live selling sessions on Tik Tok (possibly on Facebook and Instagram LIVE as well)
- Will be the community manager as well of our Tik Tok account: engaging with target audience’s messages, comments, etc.
- Updated with global Tiktok trends focusing on Western style apparel or fashion in Western America
- Create, edit, and upload videos according to the brand guidelines and script from the Social Media Specialist team
- Assist the Social Media Specialist team in creating and curating daily content
- Provide creative input and ideas for the video content
- Collaborate with the creative and design and social media teams to ideate and define content goals
- Researching content and consumer trends to ensure that content is relevant and appealing
- Developing content strategies to effectively reach the desired target audience and marketing goals on Tiktok
- Keeping up to date with content trends, consumer preferences, and advancements in technology
JOB QUALIFICATION
- Ability to work in a fast and evolving environment with detail-oriented focus
- Must be creative in doing impromptu contents
- Must be comfortable and confident in front of the camera.
- A good sense of humor is always a plus too!
- Must have at least High School Diploma
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Customer service related working experience, strong willingness to support internal and external customers to address their issues and develop their business on our platform
- Excellent organizational skills and can handle business demands under pressure
