JOB DESCRIPTION
- Engages in customer service by making information readily available and by answering queries.
- Schedules appointments and meetings to the clients.
- Prepare market analysis through evaluating new market prospects.
- Prepare sales and marketing reports to include weekly management report as well as flash figures.
- Prepare monthly sales activity reports.
- Ensure to track and store monthly systems production reports.
- Evaluate market information and prepare reports as well.
- Prepare packages proposals and support information for presentations through sales and service team.
- Responsible for online marketing to the different websites and social media platforms.
JOB QUALIFICATION
- Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Business Administration Major in Marketing, Office Administration and its equivalent.
- With two (2) years solid experience as Sales and Marketing Assistant and preferably with online marketing experience.
- Computer Proficient; knowledgeable in different MS Applications.
