JOB DESCRIPTION
- Prepares monthly and annual BIR reports
- Prepares monthly salary expenses
- Monitoring of Account Receivables
- Checking of the vouchers of all payables of the company
- Recording of transactions to each corresponding books of accounts
- Coordinate with Auditor for the monthy and annual audit compliance
- Responsible for the preparation of Annual Financial Statements
- Focal point of contact of the External Auditor for the year end audit for the statutory FS
- Responsible for the filing and payment of all tax returns monthly, quarterly, annually such as 1601C, 1601E, 1603, 2550M, 2550Q, 1604E, 1604CF, and 1702Q
- Develop an internal control and effective accounting policies and procedures
JOB QUALIFICATION
- Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Accountancy or its equivalent.
- With two (2) years work experience in General Accounting.
- With knowledge on Quickbook.
