With comprehensive background in Real Estate Development, Mr. Zhu, saw the potential in the Philippines and invested in a 26,059 sq.m land in Diosdado Macapagal Boulevard inside Aseana City, where the first project of the company will erect. The land being strategically located inside the entertainment capital of Asia, will hold a 6 high-end mid rise residential condominiums, the first project will be named Imperial Era Mansion.

The company is currently holding office in the 16th Floor A Place Building, Coral Way, Mall of Asia Complex, Pasay City with their showrrom located at Casa Ibarra, Coral Way, Mall of Asia Complex, Pasay City.
