The conceptualization is a product of collaboration from a group of medical specialists residing in Pampanga.  Their initiative brought the foresight of venturing into a business plan that will serve as an alternative investment aside from their respective professions. Thus the establishment of a corporation was defined with a noble and worthy cause, that is to be able to serve and provide the clients/patients fast, efficient, accurate diagnostic and health care services that are most required and needed in the community and most likely the entire region.
