occupying a modest office in Anglo Building at Shaw Boulevard, Mandaluyong. Through sheer

corporations after just a decade and a half in the industry.
With this positive development, the company expanded its operations and acquired spacious offices at
Ortigas Center. It then upgraded its facilities and operating systems, improved the competence of its
staff and officers by hiring better qualified personnel, training and development programs. To get
updated on the latest technology, practices and legislations affecting the service industry STEP INC.
joined the association of manpower service contractors in the Philippines, and acquired the services of
labor consultants from the academe and the U.P. - SOLAIR.
Sales and marketing efforts were intensified and STEP INC. expanded the scope of its services from
purely manpower contracting to project contracting and job contracting. The service lines now cover
varied activities in production and materials support, warehousing, technical, maintenance, office and
clerical staffing, and sales and marketing involving sales clerks and cashiers, merchandisers, promo-
dizers.
